Kimberly Cloutier Green of Kittery Point, ME, was named Monday night as the new Portsmouth Poet Laureate at ceremonies at Portsmouth City HallMs. Cloutier Green will serve a two-year appointment, until April of 2015, as the ninth Poet Laureate under the auspices of the Portsmouth Poet Laureate Program.
