William Loeb at the peak of his power as publisher of the Manchester Union Leader presented the rational right view in the 1972 video documentary "Mayflowers". The fictional image of Thompson Hall, the UNH administrative building in flames served as a metaphor for the fiery student protests of the early 1970s.
